If you are asked to send the product for repair etc then the Returned product must be clean and free of litter; products returned in unclean conditions may be subject to a INR 1000 cleaning fee. In the case of a warranty claim, you may be asked to send the warranted product to us for testing, inspection, repair, or replacement. If we do not receive the same, we will not be able to process your warranty claim.
Once the product is picked up, it typically takes 7-10 business days to arrive at our service center. We will begin working on the issue immediately to ensure the quickest resolution possible. If the repair takes longer than expected, we’ll keep you updated on the estimated time frame for returning the product. After the product is repaired, we’ll dispatch it from our office and provide you with tracking details.
With the purchase of a Kipenzi Smart Product, our hassle-free protection plan provides coverage for 1 year. During your warranty period, we will resolve product issues at no charge, including free shipping both ways. There are never deductibles or hidden fees.

The KipenziCare Warranty begins the day that you receive your Kipenzi Smart Product if purchased on kipenzistore.com. Purchases made externally will require KipenziCare Warranty activation before a claim can be received. To activate, please email us at info@kipenzistore.com stating that you need to activate your warranty and attach your receipt to the email.
Any electrical, electronics, and mechanical parts modifications of any Kipenzi product will void the original or extended warranty. Opening of the product by unauthorized service personnel will also void the original or extended warranty.
Non-Technical Replacement
For any part which is easily replaceable by the customer without any technical information required, we will be sending the replacement part to you within 7-10 business days of the request received.
Technical Replacement
For any technical issues with the smart products, the customer will be requested to pack the product as per guidelines and send the product to Delhi headquarters for further investigation. We don't have an option of a service engineer, so the product has to be sent to the headquarters, and the customer's cooperation is required.
