Warranty for Kipenzi Smart Products

How does KipenziCare work?

If you encounter any problems with your Kipenzi Smart Product, please contact our Customer Experience team at info@kipenzistore.com or 7011559177. If you are asked to send the product for repair etc then the Returned product must be clean and free of litter; products returned in unclean conditions may be subject to a INR 1000 cleaning fee. In the case of a warranty claim, you may be asked to send the warranted product to us for testing, inspection, repair, or replacement. If we do not receive the same, we will not be able to process your warranty claim.

Steps for Sending the Product for Repair:

  1. Clean the Product:
    Ensure the product is thoroughly cleaned and free of debris before returning it. Products sent back in unclean condition may incur a cleaning fee of INR 1000.
  2. Pack Carefully:
    For safe transit, pack the product in the original box it arrived in. If the original carton is no longer available, use a sturdy carton from a local shop and pack the product securely to prevent damage. Kindly note that any damage to the machine during transit will not fall under our responsibility. In such cases, the repair costs would need to be borne by the customer. To ensure a smooth delivery, we kindly request you to pack the machine securely, filling any empty spaces to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Share Packing Details:
    Once packed, provide us with the following:
    • Box dimensions (if not packed in the original box)
    • Tentative weight of the package
    • Images of how the product is packed
  4. Invoice and Labels:
    We will send you the necessary invoice and shipping labels, which should be attached to the carton.
  5. Pickup Schedule:
    After the carton is ready, a delivery person will pick it up the next day (note: pickups are not available on Sundays and public holidays).

What is the Repair Timeline?

Once the product is picked up, it typically takes 7-10 business days to arrive at our service center. We will begin working on the issue immediately to ensure the quickest resolution possible. If the repair takes longer than expected, we’ll keep you updated on the estimated time frame for returning the product. After the product is repaired, we’ll dispatch it from our office and provide you with tracking details.

What Does the KipenziCare Warranty Cover?

With the purchase of a Kipenzi Smart Product, our hassle-free protection plan provides coverage for 1 year. During your warranty period, we will resolve product issues at no charge, including free shipping both ways. There are never deductibles or hidden fees.

When does the KipenziCare Warranty begin?

The KipenziCare Warranty begins the day that you receive your Kipenzi Smart Product if purchased on kipenzistore.com. Purchases made externally will require KipenziCare Warranty activation before a claim can be received. To activate, please email us at info@kipenzistore.com stating that you need to activate your warranty and attach your receipt to the email.

Is my KipenziCare Warranty void if I modify the Smart Product?

Any electrical, electronics, and mechanical parts modifications of any Kipenzi product will void the original or extended warranty. Opening of the product by unauthorized service personnel will also void the original or extended warranty.

How do I file a KipenziCare Warranty claim?

Non-Technical Replacement
For any part which is easily replaceable by the customer without any technical information required, we will be sending the replacement part to you within 7-10 business days of the request received.


Technical Replacement
For any technical issues with the smart products, the customer will be requested to pack the product as per guidelines and send the product to Delhi headquarters for further investigation. We don't have an option of a service engineer, so the product has to be sent to the headquarters, and the customer's cooperation is required.

What is Not Covered Under the Warranty or Extended Warranty of Kipenzi Smart Products?

The warranty and extended warranty for Kipenzi Smart Products do not cover the following:


  • Physical Damage – Any damage caused by accidental drops, improper handling, or external force.

  • Water or Liquid Damage – Damage resulting from exposure to water, excessive humidity, or any liquid spills.

  • Improper Use or Modifications – Issues arising from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering with internal components.

  • Consumable Parts – Accessories like waste bags, filters, and any other replaceable components.

  • Normal Wear & Tear – Scratches, discoloration, or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

  • Damage Due to Improper Maintenance – Issues caused by failure to clean the unit properly.

  • Use of Incompatible Accessories – Malfunctions caused by using non-recommended accessories or components.

  • Electrical Surges or Power Fluctuations – Damage due to unstable power sources, short circuits, or lightning strikes.

  • Pest or Animal-Related Damage – Any issues resulting from rodent activity, excessive chewing, or misuse by pets.

  • Commercial Use – If the product is used for commercial or non-household purposes.

What are my options if my Kipenzi Smart Product is out of warranty?
